Star Cruise Day 2 22/12/08

The second day, the ship stopped at Phuket for all passengers to have a day trip. There were different tours and my family chose to "Shop till you drop" tour! So we took another smaller ship from our cruise to Patong Beach, which was our port.







Our tour group was number 12 and our tour guide was really good! :) First we went to Wang Talang Jewelry and Gift Store.




Next was the cashew nut factory. There were workers working outside, showing how they get the nuts and all. And we as the visitors were able to take the cashew nuts and eat them. Me, my sister and brother must have gone for more than 3 rounds! (:







Then we went to Central Festival, the largest shopping mall in Phuket. We only had an hour and a half so we didnt get to shop much. :( But it was okay-lah. :)



Before we went back to Patong Beach, we stopped by a shop where they sell, you know, Thai snacks and all. Guess what my dad brought back?

Last Stop

PATONG BEACH IT IS! :)

And that was the end of our shopping tour. Good day. Fun day. :) We went back to Patong Beach to go on the smaller ship and back to our cruise. That night, there was a special talent show from the cruise staff. A show of them showing their talents. :) I tell you damn funny lah some of the shows, but in a good way .

Had dinner first.
